Vaccination campaign: More than 29,000 people in Ukraine get their jabs in past 24 hours

Over the past day, on December 26, 29,476 people were vaccinated against coronavirus across Ukraine.

That’s according to a report by the Ministry of Health, seen by Ukrinform.

"29,476 people were vaccinated against COVID-19. The first dose was provided to 8,776 people, the second shot – to 20,434, the additional one – to 88, while 178 were revaccinated," the statement said.

Since the launch of the inoculation campaign, 14,592,537 people have been vaccinated, in Ukraine, including 14,592,535 with the first dose and 13,414,061 – with two doses, while 2,110 have received an additional dose, and 793 have been revaccinated. A total of 28,009,499 jabs have been administered.

As Ukrinform reported, 1,864 new coronavirus cases were confirmed in Ukraine over the past 24 hours.
