Zelensky extends visa-free entry for British citizens
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky extended the visa-free regime of entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory for citizens of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
The relevant decree No. 12/2022 was published on the President's website.
"On partial amendment of Article 1 of the Decree of the President of Ukraine of January 29, 2020, No. 28 "On the temporary introduction of visa-free regime for citizens of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland" as amended by the decree of January 28, 2021 No. 28, to extend the visa-free regime of entry into Ukraine and transit through the territory of Ukraine for citizens of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for a stay in Ukraine not exceeding 90 days within 180 days until January 30, 2023," the document reads.
The decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
As reported, Ukrainians have the right to enter 160 countries under simplified requirements, the visa-free regime is in force with 108 countries and territories.
Moreover, Ukrainians have the opportunity to enter 52 countries under the simplified procedure of e-visa or visa on arrival.
