This is stated on the Center’s social media, Ukrinform reports.

"Such messages are just a media spin by Russia to further accuse Ukraine of ‘staging’ civilians deaths," the post said.

An example of such manipulation was published by Russia’s government-run agency TASS: "In the basement of an apartment building in Nyzhnya Syrovatka, bodies are now being amassed, which ‘will be presented as yet other victims of the Russian army.’ According to the plan of the "British directors," Russian forces had been massacring civilians while retreating.”

Such manipulations are not isolated cases as almost on a daily basis, Russia reports locations and allegedly "intelligence” about “film sets and movie directors" who "set up the bodies for better angles," only without specifying who had killed those people in the first place.

“We urge all information warriors to record every such report,” the statement says.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, the Kremlin media claim in the international arena, that Ukraine is preparing a provocation involving allegations of "mass extermination of occupied Donbas residents."
