Sixteen people, including six children, are in hospitals after helicopter crash in Brovary

Following a helicopter crash in Brovary on January 18, 16 people are in hospitals, six of them are children.

Oleksiy Kuleba, Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, said this during a nationwide telethon, Ukrinform reports.

“As of the morning, the situation has changed, the dynamics are for the better, thanks to the doctors. There are still 16 people in hospitals, six of them are children. There are no seriously injured among them. The condition of all the victims has stabilized, and is of medium severity. Special attention is paid to children who have received serious burns, but their condition is satisfactory," said Kuleba.

He added that yesterday the coordination headquarters summarized all the information received during the day. As of today, there is no information about the missing persons.

As reported, on Wednesday, January 18, a helicopter crashed near a kindergarten and a residential building in Brovary, Kyiv region. According to the State Emergency Service, fourteen people, including a child, died and 25 more people were injured as a result of the plane crash.
