The wife of the President, Olena Zelenska, visited the Cultural Center of Ukraine at the Embassy of our country in Israel, where the Heritage exhibition is taking place.

According to Ukrinform, she reported this on Telegram

"Once upon a time, Golda Meir, one of the creators of the State of Israel, born in Kyiv, said of this creation: "We could not afford the luxury of pessimism." I think that all Ukrainians will now sign on to these words - wherever the war unleashed by Russia has thrown them. Ukrainians abroad are literal ambassadors of our language, culture, history, and modernity. They have shown how to unite, find friends, and help each other and their homeland. The Cultural Center of Ukraine at the Embassy of Ukraine in the State of Israel, which I visited today, is just such a center that unites Ukrainians and our friends in this country," Zelenska said.

She said that the Center welcomed her with the exhibition "Heritage": 12 works by five artists from different regions of Ukraine depict the life of the Ukrainian people, their tangible and intangible values, periods of devastation and prosperity.

"Each such event, like every center of Ukrainians, is our cultural checkpoint in the world, protecting not only the heritage, but also the present and the future," Zelenska emphasized.

As reported, President's wife Olena Zelenska has been on a visit to Israel since June 19.
