MP: After completing service military to have 90 days to file declarations

Ukrainian servicemen and their families do not have to file asset declarations until the end of their military service or until the end of hostilities.

First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Anti-Corruption Policy, MP from the Golos (Voice - ed.) parliamentary faction Yaroslav Yurchyshyn said in an interview with Ukrinform.

"Ukrainian servicemen do not have to declare their assets until the end of their military service or until the end of hostilities. This applies to both servicemen and their relatives," the MP said.

Yurchyshyn noted that servicemen are already fulfilling their civic duty, and "it is incorrect and unfair of the state to impose additional requirements on them."

"After the end of the war or military service, these persons will have 90 days to submit their declarations," said the first deputy chairman of the Committee on Anti-Corruption Policy.
