Over UAH 5.6B allocated for payments to IDPs in October

More than UAH 5.6 billion was allocated for payments to internally displaced persons (IDPs) in October.

The Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

This refers to a monthly state allowance for living expenses, which amounts to UAH 3,000 for persons with disabilities and children and UAH 2,000 for all other internally displaced persons.

"More than UAH 5.64 billion was allocated to pay IDPs in the first period of October. Thus, almost 2.5 million internally displaced persons received financial support from the state," the ministry noted.

In total, since the beginning of the year, payments to IDPs have been financed the amount of UAH 61.3 billion.

As reported by Ukrinform, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories Iryna Vereshchuk said that the amount of funding for payments to IDPs in 2024 will remain at the current year's level.
