More than 60 private houses destroyed by Russians being restored in Irpin
Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Ruslan Kravchenko conducted an unscheduled inspection of the reconstruction of 60 private houses on Bahirova Street in Irpin town which are being restored with the regional budget funds.
"Part of the houses have already been renovated. Another part is being built from scratch. Construction works on Bahirova Street are ongoing despite the day off," Kravchenko posted on Facebook.
The official noted he had shown President Zelensky the reconstruction of this private sector this week.
It is important, Kravchenko emphasized, that the works continue consistently.
Reconstruction in Kyiv region is underway, reconstruction control and transparency measures are being improved.
According to the Regional Development Department of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, five more restoration tenders are to be launched next week. These are tender procedures for major repairs of residential buildings in Hostomel, Makariv and Borodianka, the construction of a new private residential building in Irpin, and the construction of a shelter in Ivankove.
