Russians create another structure for TOT ‘integration’ – Center for National Resistance

Russian invaders, in addition to operating so-called “multifunctional centers” in each occupied region, have decided to consolidate these under a single framework.

This is according to the Center for National Resistance (CNR), as reported by Ukrinform.

"The enemy continues to create pseudo-structures in the TOT of Ukraine aimed at consolidating their control and integrating the occupied territories into the Russian administrative and legal space. The recent signing of the so-called “agreement on the establishment of the Commonwealth of Multifunctional Centers of Donbas” is another confirmation of this," the CNR stated.

According to the report, the occupation regime prioritizes creating pseudo-administrative structures, such as "interagency centers." Under the guise of "caring" for the local population, these centers implement Russian service standards substituting Ukrainian legal norms and impose strict control over citizens.

Moreover, such activities of the invaders are aimed at strengthening control over the TOT and further attempts to integrate Ukrainian territories into the Russian Federation.

The CNR urges to resist forced integration and avoid cooperation with the invaders. "All those involved in organizing and operating such pseudo-structures will inevitably be held accountable under the law," the statement emphasized.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, invaders in Luhansk are preparing a propagandistic "international forum."
