Ukraine, Ireland play out draw in Nations League
Ukraine's national football team has lost the first points in the group stage of the UEFA Nations League.
Ukraine drew 1-1 with Ireland at the Stadion Miejski LKS in Lodz, Poland, on Tuesday, Ukrinform reports.
Nathan Collins scored an opener in the 31st minute, but Artem Dovbyk equalized in the 47th minute after an assist from Andriy Yarmolenko.
Ukraine are now on top of their group with seven points from three games. Scotland collected six points from three games, Ireland four points from four games, and Armenia has three points from four games.
Ukrainian footballers will play Scotland on September 21 and 27 and take on Armenia on September 24.
