Russian troops seized two vehicles of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, changed into the uniform of the Ukrainian military and are moving to the center of Kyiv from the city's Obolon district.
Ukraine's Deputy Defense Minister Anna Maliar announced this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
"The Russian military seized two vehicles of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, changed into the uniform of the Ukrainian military and are moving at high speed towards the center of Kyiv from Obolon. They are followed by a convoy of Russian military trucks," she said.
