Five people were killed and 17 more were wounded in Grad multiple launch rocket fire in Okhtyrka, the Sumy region.
Dmytro Zhyvytsky, the head of the Sumy regional military-civil administration, reported this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"Three people died on the spot, two died in the hospital. Seventeen were wounded and two children were seriously wounded," the statement said.
