Bridge across Peremohy Avenue near Beresteiska metro station in Kyiv damaged

In Kyiv, in the area of the Beresteiska metro station, the enemy tried to attack a military unit of the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces at night, the attack was repulsed, the saboteurs were destroyed, but the bridge across Peremohy Avenue was damaged.
Vadym Denysenko, an adviser to the interior minister, said this on the Ukraine 24 television channel, Ukrinform reports.
"The military unit of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is located near the Beresteiska metro station. There was an attempt to attack this unit tonight, there was a battle, we managed to repel this attack, all the saboteurs were destroyed. The bridge [over Peremohy Avenue] was really damaged," he said.
Ukrinform reported earlier that in Kyiv, Russian troops attacked a military unit near the Beresteiska metro station. The attack was repulsed.
