Russian invasion update: Russia’s military launch artillery attack on Sumy: man killed, woman wounded

As a result of an enemy artillery shelling within the residential sector in the city of Sumy, one man has been killed and one woman has been wounded.
The relevant statement was made by the Ukrainian State Emergency Service, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
On February 26, 2022, ten rescuers from Fire and Salvage Unit 1 and Unit 3 were involved in the remediation of the effects of artillery shelling on the residential sector, which is situated on Silhosptekhnika Steet in the city of Sumy.
After the fire was brought under control, the rescuers were dismantling the structure and found a man’s body. The wounded woman, who was staying outside, was admitted to hospital.
