Zelensky, Johnson, Duda agree on further steps against Russia
According to Ukrinform, Zelensky wrote about this on Twitter.
"I spoke to UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson and President of Poland Andrzej Duda about the current security situation. We agreed on further joint steps to counter the aggressor. The anti-war coalition is in action!" Zelensky said.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin declared war on Ukraine on February 24 and launched a large-scale invasion of the country. Russian troops are shelling and destroying key infrastructure, and missiles are hitting Ukrainians' homes.
Martial law was imposed in Ukraine and general mobilization was announced.
Ukraine filed a lawsuit against Russia with the UN International Court of Justice in The Hague.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine, with the support of all the people, courageously resist aggression. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the losses of the Russian army amounted to about 4,500 troops.
