Russian invasion update: Enemy vehicles flying white flags fire at civilians in Sumy Region

In the village of Nyzy, Sumy Region, Russian military vehicles flying white flags are firing at civilians.

The relevant statement was made by Sumy Regional Military Administration Head Dmytro Zhyvytskyi on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Nyzy, Sumy District. Enemy vehicles are driving in the village and its outskirts. Enemy vehicles flying white flags are firing at civilians,” Zhyvytskyi wrote.

He called on local residents to stay indoors, keep away from windows and not go out.

A reminder that, on February 24, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin initiated a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, starting a war. The Russian military are shelling and destroying the key infrastructure facilities, launching missile strikes on civilians.
