Yevhen Malyshev, a 19-year-old biathlete, was killed in a battle near Kharkiv city.
According to Ukrinform, the press service of the Verkhovna Rada wrote on Telegram.
"Two years ago, the biathlete was a member of the junior national team. May memory of the hero live forever,” the report says.
