The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy is drafting legislation on the confiscation in Ukraine of all Russian assets.

That’s according to Parliament’s press service, Ukrinform reports.

"Currently, the Committee is working closely with the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and other central government bodies on legislation to resolve the issue of nationalization of all property, facilities, funds, and deposits of the aggressor power in Ukraine," the statement said.

It is also noted that the committee is actively working and doing everything to defeat the enemy as soon as possible.

As reported, the Ministry of Economy, together with Ukrainian economic experts, has kicked off the process of fixating and assessing economic damage caused by the Russian invasion.

As reported earlier, the head of the aggressor power, Vladimir Putin, launched a “special military operation” in Donbas. On February 24, Russia went for a full-blown offensive against Ukraine, launching a massive invasion.
