Russian propagandists shoot fake video in Melitopol
The relevant statement was made by Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration on Telegram after comparing two videos, depicting one and the same location from different sources, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“According to the Security Service of Ukraine, two trucks with some food products drove into the square, surrounded by the Russian military. During shooting, the armed military prevented people from approaching the ‘shooting area’. It is unknown what boxes with cans were in these trucks. The occupier’s cameraman shot a fake video, and trucks drove away,” the report states.
According to Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Melitopol residents initiated peaceful gatherings holding Ukrainian flags yesterday and today. Meanwhile, Russian invaders opened fire. Some civilians were wounded.
A reminder that, on February 24, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin initiated a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, starting a war. Russian troops are shelling and destroying the key infrastructure facilities, targeting residential houses with missile strikes.
