NATO is not a party to the conflict in Ukraine and must ensure that it does not spread to the rest of Europe and the Allies, so NATO will not create a no-fly zone over Ukraine that requires the use of NATO's fighter jets.
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said this at a press conference following an extraordinary meeting of NATO defense ministers on Friday, March 4.
