Zelensky will hold online meeting with US senators - CNN

According to Ukrinform, this has been reported by CNN with reference to own sources.

“Democratic and Republican US senators received an invitation to attend a Zoom meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Saturday,” the report says.

It is noted that the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington extended the invitation for the meeting, which is scheduled for 09:30 (16:30 Kyiv time) on Saturday. 

As reported, on February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin declared war on Ukraine and launched a large-scale invasion. Russian troops have been shelling and destroying key infrastructure. Missiles hit residential buildings.

Martial law was imposed in Ukraine and general mobilization was announced.

Ukraine officially filed a lawsuit against the Russian Federation with the UN International Court of Justice in The Hague.
