Ukraine’s Armed Forces shoot down another helicopter of Russian army
"An hour ago, another helicopter of the aggressor country's Armed Forces was shot down," the Strategic Communications Department of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine posted on Facebook.
An operational video shot by aerial reconnaissance has also been released.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as of the morning of March 5, the invaders lost more than 10,000 personnel, 39 planes, and 40 helicopters.
On February 24, Russian president Vladimir Putin declared war on Ukraine and launched a large-scale invasion.
Russian troops are killing civilians, shelling and destroying key infrastructure facilities, and missiles hit Ukrainians' homes.
Martial law was imposed in Ukraine and general mobilization was announced. The Armed Forces of Ukraine, with the support of the entire nation, courageously resist Russian aggression.
