Russian troops open fire on hospital in Popasna

In the town of Popasna in the Luhansk region, Russian troops opened fire on a hospital, and regional authorities are asking the city's population to take cover.
According to Ukrinform, the head of the Luhansk regional military administration, Serhii Haidai, announced this on Facebook and published a photo of the damaged hospital.
"Popasna hospital. The shelling does not subside! Everyone should stay in shelters!" he said.
On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops are shelling and destroying key infrastructure, with missiles hitting Ukrainians' homes.
Martial law was imposed in Ukraine and general mobilization was announced.
