Ukraine's Ambassador to Japan Sergiy Korsunsky said on Tuesday that Ukraine will receive from Tokyo bulletproof vests, helmets, tents, winter clothes, medicines, generators, cameras and equipment for emergency situations. According to him, that's the first time Japan hands over such equipment free of charge to the armed forces of another state.
