Russian aircraft bombed the outskirts of Sumy and the village of Bytytsia.
Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration Dmytro Zhyvytsky wrote on Telegram, Ukrinform reports
"Russian enemy aircraft bombed the outskirts of Sumy and the village of Bytytsia. The air strike was at around 00:40," he wrote, adding that the details are being clarified.
