Zhytomyr and Vyshhorod are remaining the most dangerous directions, although the situation is controlled there.

The relevant statement was made by Kyiv City State Administration, referring to the data from Kyiv Military Administration as of March 13, 2022.

“Across all districts in Kyiv Region and the city of Kyiv, search and counter-sabotage measures are underway. In the Boryspil direction, battles took place near Baryshivka. The enemy was stopped, suffered losses and retreated. The whole territory is remaining under our control,” the report states.

Night shelling was recorded in such settlements as Irpin, Makariv, Borodianka and Vorzel. They are not systemic and are likely to be caused by the enemy’s despair and inability to change the course of battles. The occupiers can fight against civilians only.

The enemy’s actions are showing that continuous losses have demoralized them. Thus, Russian troops are mostly robbing civilians.

Kyiv’s infrastructure is operating in a stable manner. There have been no interruptions in water, electricity and heat supply services. Public transport services are provided free of cost.

Kyiv territorial defense forces consist of more than 30,000 persons and continue to expand their ranks.
