Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk said this in a statement on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

Stefanchuk called on other parliaments to take decisive action. "Open your hearts - close the sky over Ukraine," Stefanchuk said, addressing his foreign colleagues.

On March 14, the Estonian parliament adopted a decision calling on UN member states to close the skies over Ukraine. Estonia became the first country to make such a decision.
