Pavlohrad railway station destroyed in Russian missile strikes, one reported dead

In the town of Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk region, a local railway station was destroyed in a series of missile strikes by Russian invaders.

This was announced on Telegram by Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Valentyn Reznichenko, Ukrinform reports.

"Missile strikes in Pavlohrad. Pavlograd-2 railway station has been destroyed. A railway line and tracks destroyed, too. Fifteen freight cars derailed. One killed," the statement reads.

Traffic through the station has been suspended indefinitely.

As reported, on February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops are shelling and destroying key infrastructure, conducting massive shelling of residential areas of Ukrainian cities and villages using artillery, rocket-propelled grenades and ballistic missiles.
