Enemy fires five missiles on Odesa region
"In the morning, the enemy launched a missile strike on a populated locality of our district, firing five missiles. Fortunately, there were no casualties," Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Maksym Marchenko posted on Telegram.
As reported, on March 21, Russian ships shelled Odesa, damaging several private households and a high-rise building. No casualties were reported. The Armed Forces of Ukraine returned fire and pushed Russians away from the shore.
Russian president Putin declared war on Ukraine on February 24 and launched a large-scale invasion. Russian troops shell and destroy infrastructure, conduct massive shelling of residential areas of Ukrainian cities and towns using artillery, MLRS, and ballistic missiles. Ukraine courageously resists the aggressor.
