Next round of Russia-Ukraine negotiations to take place in Istanbul today
David Arakhamia, the head of the parliamentary faction Servant of the People, a member of the Ukrainian delegation, wrote this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
It is noted that yesterday “a decision was made to hold the next live round by two delegations in Turkey on March 28-30."
Following the talks between Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Russian President Putin, the Directorate for Communications of Turkey’s Presidential Administration confirmed that the next round of Russia-Ukraine negotiations would take place in Istanbul.
On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops have been shelling and destroying key infrastructure facilities, conducting massive shelling of residential areas of Ukrainian cities and villages using artillery, multiple rocket launchers and ballistic missiles.
Martial law was imposed in Ukraine and general mobilization was announced.
