Enemy missile fragment hit window of children's rehabilitation center near Kherson
Volodymyr Sahaidak, an acting director of the center, wrote this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
According to Sahaidak, the pupils of the center and employees have not been injured. The fragment hit the window of a playroom on the second floor. The children were sleeping at that moment on the other side of the building.
“The rocket fell on the other side of our garden, near our neighbor, twenty meters from our building, and did not explode,” Sahaidak said.
At the same time, he noted that one of the locals was taken to the intensive care unit, there is information about a damaged gas pipeline.
On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops have been shelling and destroying key infrastructure facilities, conducting massive shelling of residential areas of Ukrainian cities and villages using artillery, multiple rocket launchers and ballistic missiles.
