Ukraine’s Air Force destroys aircraft, drone, cruise missile over past day
"On April 6, the anti-aircraft missile forces destroyed three air targets: a cruise missile, an UAV, and an aircraft. According to preliminary data, it was a Su-34 fighter-bomber. It was shot down during an enemy airstrike in the eastern direction," the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine posted on Facebook.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine emphasized that the strike groups of bombers and assault aircraft under cover of fighters continued to launch missile and bomb strikes on the invader's troops.
On February 24, Russian president Putin started a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops shell and destroy key infrastructure, massively fire on residential areas of Ukrainian cities, towns, and villages using artillery, MLRS, and ballistic missiles.
Martial law was imposed in Ukraine and general mobilization was announced.
