Trump calls Russia's war on Ukraine 'genocide'
Ukrinform
Former US President Donald Trump has said that crimes being committed by the Russian military in Ukraine are a "genocide."
According to Ukrinform, he said this in an interview with Fox News.
"This is a genocide that's taking place [in Ukraine]," Trump said.
According to him, Putin continues to finance his military machine thanks to large profits from the sale of oil, the price of which is now at a very high level (about $100 per barrel).
He also criticized Germany's dependence on Russian energy.
Biden on Tuesday assessed the actions of Putin and his forces in Ukraine, calling them a genocide, because, according to him, there is growing evidence of this. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau made a similar assessment and promised to bring the perpetrators of these crimes to justice.
