Russia has turned the Black and Azov Seas into one of the most dangerous seas on the planet.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said this in a video address, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.
"Russia started the war against Ukraine not on February 24. Russian troops came to us back in 2014. They captured our Crimea. They turned it into a large military base. They turned the Black and Azov Seas into one of the most dangerous seas on the planet, "the Ukrainian head of state said.
On February 24, Russia launched a new phase of the eight-year war against Ukraine. The enemy has been shelling and bombing peaceful Ukrainian cities, towns and villages, brutally torturing and killing civilians.
