Ukrainian defenders destroy 60 invaders, enemy tank and helicopter in eastern Ukraine

The Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 60 Russian invaders, an enemy tank and a helicopter.
The operational and tactical group East said in a statement on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
It is noted that Russian troops continue attempts to break through the defenses in some areas in eastern Ukraine.
In particular, on April 17, Ukrainian defenders repulsed five enemy attacks. As a result, 60 Russian invaders, one enemy tank, two Russian infantry fighting vehicles, two MTLB floating armored personnel carriers, three artillery systems, three units of motor vehicles and one enemy helicopter were destroyed.
As Ukrinform reported, from February 24 to April 17, Russian forces lost about 20,300 personnel.
