U.S. Embassy on filtration camps near Mariupol: Putin's playbook doesn't change

The playbook applied by Russian President Vladimir Putin has not changed. Russia earlier tortured and executed civilians in concentration camps in Chechnya.
This was stated by the United States Embassy in Ukraine on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.
"Putin's playbook doesn't change. At filtration camps in Chechnya, Russia beat, tortured and executed civilians. We stand with Ukraine," the U.S. embassy wrote.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, according to Mariupol Mayor's Adviser Petro Andryushchenko, the invaders are holding more than 20,000 people in filtration camps along the Manhush-Nikolske-Yalta line just outside Mariupol.
