Nine Russian MBTs, 30 units of other heavy equipment destroyed in Ukraine’s east over past day

In Donbas, Ukrainian defenders destroyed nine enemy main battle tanks and more than 30 units of other military equipment.
That’s according to the press service of the Joint Forces Operation, Ukrinform reports.
On April 22, Joint Forces successfully repulsed eight attacks by Russian invaders in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
Ukrainian defenders destroyed nine tanks, three artillery systems, 18 units of armored and 13 units of other military vehicles, an armored combat vehicle, and a fuel tanker.
Air defense units shot down four Orlan-10 unmanned aerial vehicles.
As Ukrinform reported, from February 24 to April 22, Ukrainian defenders eliminated nearly 21,200 Russian servicemen.
