Twenty-four attacks launched on Luhansk region over past day
"The towns of Sievierodonetsk, Lysychansk, Rubizhne, Popasna, Hirske, Zolote, Novodruzhesk, the villages of Orikhove, Voyevodivka, Toshkivske and Komyshuvakha came under massive fire. Nineteen infrastructure facilities were damaged. Four apartment blocks in Sievierodonetsk, 13 private houses in Lysychansk, Popasna, Hirske, Komyshuvakha, public utility enterprise premises in Novodruzhesk,” the press service of the National Police of Ukraine posted on Facebook.
Russian attacks cut off electricity supply in 26 settlements completely, in 12 settlements partially. Only 6 settlements have gas supply, three of them – partial.
There is no centralized water supply almost throughout the entire region.
At the same time, the authorities together with volunteer and other non-governmental organizations, and the police evacuated 24 people from Lysychansk and five people from Sievierodonetsk though a ceasefire regime was not established.
