Russia lost 24,900 soldiers, 1,110 tanks, 199 aircraft in Ukraine – General Staff

Ukrainian defenders have already killed about 24,900 Russian troops since the Russian invasion of Ukraine began on February 24.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.
Between February 24 and May 6, the enemy also lost 1,110 tanks, 2,686 armored fighting vehicles, 502 artillery systems, 171 multiple launch rocket systems, 83 anti-aircraft warfare systems, 199 aircraft, 155 helicopters, 1,926 motor vehicles and fuel tankers, 11 boats/cutters, 324 unmanned aerial vehicles, 38 units of special units and 90 cruise missiles.
According to the statement, the enemy suffered the greatest losses in the past day in the Lyman and Kurakhove areas.
