Ukraine Army destroys 12 enemy tanks and one helicopter in JFO area

The relevant statement was made by the JFO Group’s press service on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“On May 10, 2022, the JFO Group successfully repelled 12 enemy attacks. Thanks to the skilful actions and competence of the Ukrainian military, Russian occupiers suffered losses,” the report states.

In particular, Ukrainian defenders destroyed 12 enemy tanks, four artillery systems, 12 armored fighting vehicles, two special engineering vehicles and seven motor vehicles.

The Ukrainian anti-aircraft defense units also shot down Russia’s Mi-24 helicopter and three Orlan-10 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over Donetsk Region and Luhansk Region.

A reminder that, between February 24, 2022 and May 10, 2022, Russia’s total combat losses in Ukraine reached about 26,000 troops.
