Russians again shell Mykolaiv with cluster munitions

Russian troops are shelling the city of Mykolaiv with cluster munitions.
The relevant statement was made by Mykolaiv Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Explosions are heard over Mykolaiv again. Cluster munitions. Stay away from windows and follow the rule of two walls!” Sienkevych wrote.
