Russia’s Su-35 shot down in Kherson Region

Russia’s Su-35 fighter jet has been shot down by the Ukrainian fighter aircraft over Kherson Region.
The relevant statement was made by the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“At about 02:00 p.m., May 27, 2022, Ukraine’s MiG-29 fighter aircraft shot down Russia’s Su-35 fighter jet, which was hunting for Ukrainian assault aircrafts, over Kherson Region,” the report states.
A reminder that, between February 24, 2022 and May 27, 2022, Russia’s total combat losses in Ukraine reached about 29,750 troops.
