U.S. congresswoman visits Chernihiv

U.S. Congresswoman Victoria Spartz, a native of Ukraine, has visited the devastated city of Chernihiv.
Viacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, wrote this on his Telegram channel, Ukrinform reports.
"For two days in Chernihiv, we studied with Congresswoman Victoria Spartz the possibilities of rebuilding our city and region. We have good prospects for implementing them. I will tell the details later," Chaus wrote.
Chernihiv region was one of the first regions hit by Russia when its forces invaded Ukraine on February 24. For more than a month, the enemy bombed the city and the region with artillery and aircraft.
Spartz was born in the town of Nosivka, Chernihiv region.
