Ukrainian army destroys 48 Russian soldiers, two mortars in east

The Ukrainian Armed Forces have destroyed 48 Russian soldiers and two mortars in the east of the country.
According to Ukrinform, the Operational and Tactical Group East said this in a Facebook post.
"Ukrainian defenders continue to hold off the aggressor in the area of responsibility of the Operational and Tactical Group East," the statement said.
According to the statement, the enemy lost 48 personnel, two mortars and three artillery tractors over the last 24 hours.
Ukrinform reported earlier that Ukraine's Armed Forces eliminated about 31,250 Russian invaders from February 24 to June 6.
