30 people, including three children, evacuated from Luhansk region
"About 30 more people, including three children, were rescued. Rescuers, police officers, and volunteers now try to take the residents to safe places every day. Persuasions in bomb shelters yield results. Finally, more people want to leave," Head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration Serhiy Haidai posted on Telegram.
Lysychansk residents are frightened by the experience of Sievierodonetsk, and now they agree to leave their homes in order not to become victims of "Russian liberation." Every evacuation is a risk, but people will be taken away while it is possible.
There is no evacuation from Sievierodonetsk, food and medicines cannot be delivered. Lysychansk is under heavy fire, but humanitarian aid has been supplied to the city, Haidai noted.
