Russian troops have shelled and damaged a children's camp in the Kharkiv region.
According to Ukrinform, the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office said this on Facebook.
According to the investigation, on the night of June 11-12, Russian forces fired on a children's health camp in the Chuhuiv district, damaging three buildings of the institution.
Law enforcement officers have launched a pre-trial investigation into violations of the laws and customs of war under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Earlier reports said that on June 11, three civilians were killed and four others injured in Russia's shelling of the Kharkiv region.
