Child injured as Russians launch another strike on Sumy region

During the day, the invaders launched a drone with explosives from the territory of the Russian Federation to Sumy region and fired Grad systems and mortars on the region, injuring a child.

"The enemy launched a drone from its territory, dropping explosives on Krasnopillia community. No casualties or destructions were reported. At about 17:00, the enemy fired Grad launchers from the territory of Russia on Yunakivka community. There were 30 explosions. They used prohibited weapons: phosphorus munitions. A child was injured and hospitalized," Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration Dmytro Zhyvytskyy posted on Telegram.

Moreover, in the evening, the Russians opened mortar fire on Seredyna-Buda community, about 20 explosions were recorded.

As reported, about a hundred strikes from the territory of Russia on the communities of Sumy region were recorded over the past day. One person was injured.
