Threat of strikes with 16 more Kalibr missiles from sea remains
As the Operational Command "South" posted on Facebook, the situation on the front line is steadily tense but controlled by the Ukrainian troops.
Russian invaders do not find motivation to conduct offensive operations. The demoralized enemy army is looking for ways to return home.
According to the Command data, the Russians, knocked out of the fortified positions, are in no hurry to create new lines of defense: "They dig not trenches but cavities of half a meter deep, lie into them on their backs, raise their legs, and wait for a minor injury."
Thus, frightened by the loss of leadership and rank and file, confused by the lack of prospects, the invaders try to be evacuated from Kherson region as the wounded.
Instead, the Kremlin continues to pursue the tactics of massive missile strikes throughout Ukraine.
In particular, the Russian troops once again launched a massive strike with nine Oniks missiles on Mykolayiv city and its suburbs in the morning. The missiles were launched from the Bastion coastal system stationed in temporarily occupied Crimea. The port infrastructure, residential neighborhoods, and recreation areas of civilians were hit. The scale of the destruction and information about the casualties is being clarified.
A military operation is underway on Zmiinyi Island. The naval group of the enemy fleet, "shaken" by a storm of several days, keeps a safe distance from the Ukrainian weapons.
"There is a threat of strikes with 16 Kalibr missiles from the sea, strategic aircraft – from the sky, coastal missile systems – from the occupied land," the Operational Command "South" added.
