Zelensky meets with Sean Penn, thanks him for support

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has met with actor and director Sean Penn and thanked him for supporting Ukraine.
The head of state said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.
"Actor and director Sean Penn is making a documentary about the war in Ukraine. From the first day of the all-out invasion, he was in Kyiv and saw with his own eyes what Russian aggression is. The whole world will soon be able to see the whole truth about the war thanks to his film. Sean, thank you for the support of our state and our people!" Zelensky said.
As was reported earlier, American actor Sean Penn came to Kyiv for the second time during the war. The actor is making a documentary about the Russian-Ukrainian war. He has already visited Bucha and Irpin to see the consequences of Russian atrocities.
