Russian troops reach outskirts of Lysychansk but no street fighting yet – Haidai

Russian troops have reached the outskirts of Lysychansk, but there is no street fighting in the city itself.
The relevant statement was made by Luhansk Regional Military Administration Head Serhii Haidai on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Russian troops are on the outskirts of Lysychansk, but there is no street fighting yet. They are shelling the city from several directions. Lots of enemy artillery systems and troops are near Lysychansk, but Lysychansk has not been encircled. We recommend that people stay in bomb shelters, as evacuation efforts are impossible now,” Haidai wrote.
In his words, Russian invaders are remotely mining roads. In Sievierodonetsk, infrastructure cannot be renovated, as it was completely destroyed by Russian occupiers.
